September - A New Beginning

by Deb Baker/Hannah Reed

Summer's coming to a close, ushering in a new season, a new beginning. School has started, the Packers first season game is approaching, a maple tree down the road is already changing its colors.

Time to start a new project (in my case Beewitched, book 5 in the Queen Bee series). Autumn is my most productive time of the year. I can really crank now. Is it because I lollygagged all summer? Is it the clean, crisp smell of cooler weather on its way? I don't know, but I'm ready to rock and roll.
Are you with me? What's your 'game' plan for September?

Summer is over almost before it started. I'll just hope for a long beautiful fall. I love it when the autumn leaves show their colors.

I love Fall. I am working on sewing projects I had started years ago (when I was working). I will finish them!

Fall is knitting weather. Love the cooler temps and wearing the ones I have already made.

Fall and Spring are my two favorite seasons. Fall because it's a reprieve from the smokin' heat of summer and it's just before the icy roads start. I feel more inclined to be outside on longer walks. Lady K is in school and I have more time to myself on my break days. A little more reading time, more time to see movies and not so many people in the theater.

My game plan for Sept is to also start a new project. Start plotting out something new and get to writing. And hope for some cooler weather too.
