This Thursday morning I'll fly down to Los Angeles and begin a busy four days doing multiple booksignings in the Los Angeles area as well as Orange County. I'll also be a guest speaker at the Sisters in Crime--LA chapter meeting in South Pasadena, Sunday, February 13th, followed by a signing. I will be interviewed by the marvelous mystery writer Harley Jane Kozak. So, if you're in the area, come join the fun!
I'll also be signing in many great indie mystery bookstores in Cerritos, Huntington Beach, Thousand Oaks, & South Pasadena, as well as the Barnes & Noble--Westwood in Los Angeles. Please check my website for each bookstore's exact location: http://www.maggiesefton.com/.
Meanwhile, stay warm if you're still having frigid cold in your part of the country. I'll be returning to Colorado late Sunday night, February 13th. Believe me, there is plenty of Winter left for all of us. Enjoy!

Enjoy your visit in sunny California.
Did someone say "sunny"? Actually right now the sun is shining, but it's cold! And the weatherman said last night that we're supposed to get some more snow Wednesday-Thursday. Enough already!
Wish I could be at one of your booksignings, Maggie. It sounds like so much fun. When are you going to come to NE MS? Hint, hint!! :)
Enjoy your booksigings and the warmer weather Maggie. I can't wait for Skein of the Crime to be published in paperback so I can finally read it!
I'm heading for LA on the 14th. So sorry I will miss you but am so glad I get to enjoy some warm weather for a change!
Thanks, Dru.
signlady---Well, to tell the truth, today in sunny Sacramento, the wind was definitely blowing all day---which meant I was wearing one of my fuzzy thick eyelash yarn scarves around my neck all day.
Okay, you got me. I figure "NE" stands for New England, of course. But what the heck does "MS" stand for? In US directory that stands for Mississippi. ---Maggie, obviously missing the point.
I hear you, Aurian. Please email me when you read it. I'd like to know what you think of the plot developments.
ev---I can relate to that. I'm certainly enjoying the warmer temps, even though today in Sacramento (and all throughout northern CA) we had a constant strong breeze which was chilling. I had to wear my fuzzy knit scarf all day.
Glad to hear you had some time to get warmed up while there. :)
