I'd like to go on safari in Africa with my husband and children, especially while the kiddos are still young, I want to see the awe on their faces.<BR/><BR/>But the thing that's most on my bucket list? I just want to be able to see my kids grown and happy. We drove 7700 miles and visited 17 states, camped out about two-thirds of the nights we traveled, and totally had a blast. (You can't believe how challenging it was to pack enough knitting projects for six weeks on the road!)<BR/><BR/>We'd still like to do a similar trip toward the East Coast, which is currently on track for summer 2010, barring major financial setbacks. I'd also love to visit Ireland and Switzerland especially, and anywhere else that I have the opportunity to travel. For some reason, I never wrote down the things I wanted to go, but I have a few things on my mind. I've had truffles (both the dark chocolate and the "fungal variety", as you called it), I don't like beer (being German that might be weird, but that's me) and I don't like lobster, but Chateaubriand is on my list. I want to travel the world, I want to see all of the US, Australia and New Zealand, China, Taiwan and Japan as well as South Korea, and Paris. I want to shop the markets in Morocco and Turkey, take a weaving class from Karen Allen in the Berkshires, and go on a Harbor Tour of Maine.
