Since the beginning of time, humans across all nations and cultures have struggled to find and hold on to peace and goodwill. So far, we've failed. But each one of us can make a difference by the way we live our own lives; in the examples we set, in the choices we make, in every act of kindness we offer. Gee, anonymous, didn't you get the gist of Deb's post--that every one of us can make a difference in this world? Instead of ranting, why don't YOU make a difference. Try a little kindness in your approach. Ever hear the cliche "you get catch flies with sugar than honey" (and no, I'm not advocating KILLING flies. They're necessary to maintain the eco system).
Chill out. Work for peace instead of spreading dissatisfaction and vitriol. That's what the Cozy Chicks are all about.
Human beings are full of irony, so Anonymous's point is well taken. But thank goodness we have this wonderful holiday time to remind us that our goal should be peace on earth and good will toward all mankind. Let's celebrate that and vow to make a difference in the coming year, whether through charitable work, donations, or however we can. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all our faithful friends.
