We know how much you love your pets! We love ours too and so do our characters!
Give your precious pet a chance at immortality! Email your pet's name, breed (if applicable), and personality quirks to folkyfeline@comcast.net. The pet with the most intriguing and entertaining name will be adopted by one of our characters in a mystery novel being released in 2010.
The winner will be announced next Monday on the Cozy Chick Blog.
Good Luck!

well this is awfully tempting, but I suspect I'm not eligible. Great idea.

Of course you are - I know your dog wants his five minutes of fame! :)
We have a Max. Not the most original name, but I wanted a big dog name for him. You see, we had lost our big dog several years ago. A German Shepherd-Whippet mix. Big dog, but skinny! Her name, Munchkin. Yeah, hubby has a sense of humor.
So Max, the Wonder Yorkie, full name: Maximum UnderFoot 'cause, you guessed it, he is. Topping out at 6 pounds on a good day, not even coming up to mid-shin he needed to be a BIG dog! He more than lives up to his name. When he was a puppy we lived next door to two Golden Retrievers. We still think he thinks he's a Golden!
We love our little guy. At fourteen, he's getting to be a grumpy old man. Considering he's a world traveler and now has a toddler bossing him around, he's more than shown what a great dog and companion he is.
Love this idea, can't wait to read everyone's pet stories!

Finally got online to send an email.
Kiy, I had a Max, also! He was a lil Welsh Corgi, LOL! The love of my life. My Max-A-Million! And my dh named the bigger Border Collie Shorty.... what a sense of humor, huh?!
