HAPPY NEW YEAR! and stuff
Dear Friends,
I hope you’ve had a healthy, happy holiday and will have the same in the new year. In that spirit, I want to leave you with a few Irish blessings. Hopefully they will make you smile.
May there always be work for your hands to do.
May your purse always hold a coin or two.
May the sun always shine on your windowpane.
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain.
May the hand of a friend always be near you.
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.
May you have the hindsight to know where you have been.
And the foresight to know where you are going.
And the insight to know when you have gone too far.
May your right hand always be stretch out in friendship, but never in want.
May those that love you, love you
And those that don’t love you
May God turn their hearts;
And if he doesn’t turn their hearts,
May he turn their ankles
So you’ll know them by their limping.
SLAINTE!
Kate
